System Features
BlackWidow’sis based around its strongest feature which is CASE MANAGEMENT. All devices are integrated into the main console, and events are carefully documented with each step recorded. The system links and stores all relevant evidence, be it messages / documents / images or videos. This allows users to retrieve and present all FULL case history as and when required.
The system offers a Person of Interest section which allows users the option to load and store information of suspects or known offenders. BlackWidow will notify you should there be any links found between cases, or incidents, which match this database, and BlackWidow never forgets a face!
Another strong feature, is the ability to assign Levels of response for each different type of incident. This ensures the right people are invloved and allows for swift, efficent response, regardless of the nature of the case.
BlackWidow offers a complete Modular Solution where cleints build their own package according to their needs. These can be added on as an when needed and link to the main system.

REPORTER
The REPORTER App is aimed at the end user to communicate through the BlackWidow system. Essentially, there are two main features:
MESSAGING:
The messaging platform allows users to report into BlackWidow using pre-set categories; via text, picture, videos. With drop down subject options, messages are channelled to the right people for actioning. IT, Stock, Maintenance, Cleaning, HR, there is no limit to the options. Each message is assigned a case number, against which all information is stored for future reference. This streamlines and documents communications, providing easy tracking, and more importantly, accountability.
EMERGENCY:
RESPONDER
The RESPONDER App is designed to get active response teams, accurate information to improve reaction times. As well as incidents being sent to the main Control Room software, Responder Users are automatically notified of incidents. This can include Emergency but also maintenance crews
TASKS
The TASK App was created to control and task staff or group members.
The management and control of on-site staff has always been a pain point. The TASKS app combines the passing on of necessary information with the Management of daily tasks.
DRIVER
The DRIVER App automates the tasking and management of drivers. With recording and reporting of movements
and maintenance requirements, the app offers a number of fleet management solutions.
WEAPON LOG
Simplify and automate the issuing and documenting of weapons with the WEAPONS LOG APP. This solution was tailor made to assist Security Companies with the required documentation around weapons.
MANAGER
The MANAGER App provides a mobile link to the software, with an overview of all information.
Not designed to replace the Management Software, the app is focused on allowing staff in the field, to stay in touch and interact with the system. Keeping their finger on the pulse of all elements and allowing for seamless interaction.

VEHICLE & TEMP TRACKING
The REPORTER App is aimed at the end user to communicate through the BlackWidow system. Essentially, there are two main features:

Receive notifications for:
– GEOFENCE – Notifications for vehicles traveling
outside of set area
– ROUTE ENFORCEMENT – Confirmation that
vehicles stay on set route without deviation
– TRAILER UNCOUPLING / Door opening –
Monitors if the trailer is uncoupled or rear doors
are opened allowing for alerts to unauthorised
activity.
– TEMPERATURE – Wirelessly monitors
temperature at multiple at multiple points, to
ensure temperature integrity of cargo and
receive alerts of variations.

By making use of the Internet of Things (IoT) internetworking technology, the uses for tracking devices are endless. BLACK WIDOW will not only allow you to pinpoint the location of assets and equipment but will also allow you to track units and manage incidents seamlessly.
CCTV ANALYTICS
CCTV ANALYTICS is fast becoming one of the most effective monitoring solutions available. By using Analytics systems, we are able to monitor and create notifications for a number of events.
Artificial rules applied to a CCTV image, can create alarm and or alerts when: a line is crossed or there is movement within a designated no-go area. This makes any CCTV system not only a proactive tool but allows operators to focus on exceptions. Taking this a step further, we can detect and confirm human forms, ruling out other “false” alarms such as vehicles and animals. This greatly enhances controller accuracy and improves response to real Security Threats. Facial recognition is becoming more necessary and BlackWidow offers this facility. Taking images from Static CCTV cameras or uploaded images, these are compared to known databases. The ability to identify suspects or persons of interest is a powerful tool.
Site Video verification is fast becoming a most effective monitoring solution. Using Video Analytics, we are able to monitor and verify alarm activations with live video streaming. Controllers can assess, then prioritise positive incidents with real-time accurate information.
LICENCE PLATE RECOGNITION
LICENCE PLATE RECOGNITION is an “add on” service to the BlackWidow user software. The use of CCTV cameras to register license plates has become a powerful early warning system. Linked to NAVIC these can be run against an internal database of blacklisted numbers or against NATIS. (National Traffic Information System). Any plates flagged on either of these databases would result in notification to the necessary responders.
RKVS
is a video verification system that works by combining existing Alarm and/or CCTV systems. It provides users with real time footage for alarm activations. Videos of pre and post activation
allows Operators isolate false alarms and prioritize
emergencies
SET -UP:
The system is configured to take input triggers from the alarm or CCTV system and match it to the relevant camera feeds. The signal, along with pre & post footage is sent to the Control
Room. The operator views the activation video alongside the live view. Operators can action according to Standard Operating Procedures
KEYHOLDER NOTIFICATION:
The system allows the incident to be send via SMS or SMARTPHONE APP to the client, with a link to both the activation footage and live view. The user can cancel or confirm response directly from the link. This is relayed and confirmed with for the operator. All actions are recorded, and footage is backed- up for 30 days.
GALLAGHER
The Gallagher suite of products directly interface with the BLACK WIDOW platform. This seemlessly integrates ACCESS
CONTROL and ELECTRIC FENCE into the overall offering. ACCESS CONTROL The provision of a wide range of secure, tag and access control options, give another level of security. Control all access points with alerts to exceptions coming through the central BLACK WIDOW software. ELECTRIC FENCE The Electric fence system allows for high level monitoring of electric fences, within the platform. Isolate the specific zone of alarm and request CCTV image. The ability to control the perimeter and all access points is the basis of any good SECURITY plan
CONTROL ROOM SERVICES
To ensure BLACK WIDOW offers a complete package, clients who do not have or possibly require, CONTROL ROOM
FACILITIES and SERVICES, we can offer these in a range of levels.
FACILITES
For clients who want to run their own Control Room but o not have the facilities, we can offer access to a 24hr SAIDSA approved Control Centre. This includes secure location; Telephone and internet access; Software and infrastructure with redundancy and backup. RUN YOUR OWN 24HR
CONTROL CENTRE WITHOUT THE SET-UP COST
SERVICES
For clients who require the services of a Control Room or the option of an OVERVIEW we can offer FULL range of Monitoring and Security Services to a 24hr SAIDSA approved Control Centre. This can be SET-UP as a dedicated service or part of the
existing WHITE LABLEDservice.
SYSTEM CONFIGURATION
The software is charged monthly, per user, allowing access to the system. (User authority can be set to regulate access.) Billing is calculated by number of console login points and number of App users. REPORT and RESPONDER Apps come with the initial set-up, whilst the MANAGER and TASK Apps are optional extras.
Part of each launch would include a once off set-up and training program. This would include investigation into personalising categories, required logos and colour themes. Training on use of the system would be confirmed according to requirements.
